Heather - Disney will make your hair look amazing, don't worry!! Are you getting the nails and everything? I'm not a girly girl and I would have gotten married in blue jeans if I could have, well our wedding was rather simple and I did my own hair and never thought about the nails so the photos of cutting the cake are nasty! I will certainly make sure my 3 girls look beautiful for their weddings then I can move into the poor house!!

My nails will be done that is probably one of the things I am craziest about every two weeks my nails and toes get done without fail...so I will go the friday before we leave for the cruise lol. I am sure disney will do a great job as well...i can't believe how quick this is all happening.

Mandy- i am so excited for you and jealous!!!. We have always wanted to be at WDW for christmas and New Years, but never seem to have the funds. One day we will definately do it. I am sure the girls are in 7th heaven.
You seem to travel to WDW so often you should consider buying into DVC, or can you get a package for a better price?

Well nothing interesting going on here. I am being held captive in my house waiting for the Air Conditioner repair guy. My AC keeps running and not shuting off. I do not want to come home after vacation to a 32 degree house and a $3000 electric bill

LOL Mary Ellen, I make sure not to check out DVC, as I know I'll get sucked into it straight away. I think most of the time we get a better deal by booking everything through a travel agent

Yes with some help from the kids! I made brownies and cut them into triangles and arranged them in a circle then drizzled melted chocolate icing over to make the volcano, I then filled it with colored pudding for the lava. It was fun!

Em's eval and 1st session was AMAZING!!!! I was in tears! Simona is one of the most amazing people I have ever met! Em loves her!

She had Em on her stomach on a cushioned table. She held her arms like she would have them is she was on all 4's holding just above her elbows. The next thing I knew she pulled her knees up in the perfect crawling position and held it!!! She has NEVER ever done that! She had her on her feet and walked her legs at the ankles to me!

It will be a lot of hard work but do you have any idea how great it is to hear all of the good things that Em can do and not all of the things she can't??? Em WILL walk! I know it!!!!

Sarah and Mark are on their way back from the zoo.I'll take her swimming and then Em and I will head back up for our next session. It is about a 20 minute subway trip and a 3 minute cab ride.

Tomorrow I think Sarah and I will check out Eaton Center in between therapy sessions..

Oh Jen, I am so thrilled with your news, you must be so proud of Em. Please keep us updated so we can hear more news

I hope Sarah & Mark have enjoyed the zoo

Jen how are you making out in Canada? The thereapy sounds awesome! Did Sarah enjoy her birthday?

I'm not a happy girl. I went to the ortho Doc for my foot which has been bothering me for over 2 years ( have seen a variety of docs over the time period)and I expected him to say I needed shoe inserts and to lose weight , however he informed me that he thought I have a stress fracture to my rt heel so I have a walking cast and I need a bone scan before I leave on the cruise. So that is scheduled for Tues. I have no idea if I will have the walking boot for the cruise..it is looking that way so far. There is also other structural damage so I may need surgery. Like I have nothing else to do in the next 2 weeks but run to doctors and hospitals!! yuck!! I need a Bahama Mama now!!!

On the good side, Rebecca qualified for level 7 gymnastics. this is the start of optional levels, which means that she chooses her floor music and each kid has different routines and songs. Believe me, watching 40 kids at a meet all doing the same thing to the same music is mind numbing. the down side is that the music and choreorgraphy is $250 that is on top of the $5000 a year we spend on training and competition and now the additional cost of home school. I am excited to do the home schooling, she has already started English and Algebra so that will give us some flexibility with days during the school year.

I still have 4 things to get done today plus watch one of my friends daughters today so I will probably be scarce again. My cruise bin is starting to overflow so I may actually start putting things in to the suitcases Please forgive me for not responding to everything My travel agent e-mailed me this morning that my cruise docs are in and she will try to get them to me by the end of the week, so that is good news. I still need to finish filling everything out online and print them out. I also need to go to the dr's today to get them to sign the medical form for Haley. I hope to catch up later Have a wonderful day today everyone!!!!

This is the most amazing therapy! Em has gotten more out of these 5 sessions so far than the past year at home!

Yesterday and today Simona had her by the feet standing in mod air!!! OMG it was amazing! She is responding and doing better every session!!!!
