2007 school summer holiday term dates???

Hi

Does anyone know when the kids go back to school in September 2007?

Planning August 2007 trip and don't know latest August dates to leave so we can be back for the start of the new term.

Youngest DD will be starting "big" school so don't want her to miss the all important 1st day.

I had already checked out the DCC website but only goes up to July 07 doesnt it?

Have been checking out Virgins prices and the difference in price between going on the 19th or the 20th Aug is about 700/800 quid!!

I've checked with our local authority (Staffs County Council) autumn term 2007 dates should be available towards the end of this month. Maybe Devon will be about the same. Keep checking.

I used to live near Dartmouth til the mid 80's. BTW looking at the pattern I would guess Sept 3rd as being a possible date.

Hi i work in a school & we have been given dates up to 2008, sorry i'm in the wrong area though, just thought you could try asking at school.

Our local authority does not issue them until July each year as I pester them non stop around that time.

I know it's no help with your question, but thought I'd throw this in anyway... in 2009 many schools will have a 7 week holiday as it roles around that way every 6 or 7 years.
