Good morning everyone!
I was just listening to the "Dis Radio" this morning and some of the songs reminded me of the "merry mixer" we went to in December. My family and I really enjoyed going - my father even won the twist contest!
I was thinking it would be great if I had that "DJ" as my exercise instructor every morning!
I could relive happy memories plus get my exercising in! Did anyone happen to record the dance sessions that he did with the movements?
