2007 free dining offer?

A colleague form work wants to plan her first trip to WDW with her DS who is 5 in the summer and her DP. The question is will the free dining offer be about again as it would save them quite a bit of money considering her DP is looking at the price and saying it is rather high already for 14 nights in August at the ASMu. They would prefer to fly with Virgin and do the hotel with them as well.
So the question is does anyone think VH will run this offer again for August?

free dinning was offered to uk you had to buy before the 5th november i think.It was differnt than lat years as you had to buy at 14 day pass minimum.In the staes they are offering it if you are staying at resort,this is promoting the new vacation desks tthey have.They might offer it in april like the last 2 years.Heres hopeing
