We will be going down to WDW in December of 2007. The cast of characters is as follows:

6 Adults
Child 8 years old
Child 5 years old
Child 2.9 years old
Child 1.75 years old

What do you think is realistic as to the accomodations? Will they allow all of this in a 2 BR? I would think that a GV is a lot of room for this crew.

Three years ago, we did it in a 2 BR, but obviously there were 2 less people.

Thanks.

MC

I don't think 10 in a 2 bedroom is going to be allowed, even with 2 toddlers. A GV would not be too much, IMHO. 2 adults per bedroom and divide the kids in the extra beds.

I agree a GV is a minimum for this group. Then again, we book a 2BR for the four of us!

Even if you are allowed to put your group into a 2BR, I can't see how it would be enjoyable. :scared1:

Thanks, knowing that this is a hot topic around here, I shouldn't have even brought it up! Looks like I'll need to do the day by day calling!

GV, or ,1-2 bedroom and 1-bedroom, or 2-2 bedrooms would be the way to go depending on how you want to spend your points and whether everyone wants to be in one place together or not.

Happy planning!

From experience that is to many in a 2 bdrm. We were just in HHI with 9 and the 2 bdrm was not big enough. No real space to escape from others. We ended up calling MS and getting a studio too. Good Luck and have a great trip!!!

While crowded, I believe 8 is allowed in a 2 bedroom. I noticed 2 were under 3 years old, so technically do not count and possibility in pack and plays. Does MS count under 3 years old children in their head-count?

We put 6 adults and two toddlers in a GV, and I think it was the perfect size. The kids had lots of room to play, nobody had to sleep in the living room, and tempers were very well managed. I highly recommend the GV!

:cheer2:

MS does not count ONE child under the age of three. So they have nine plus one. Too many for a 2 bedroom. How about a studio and a two bedroom?

I would also recommend a studio and 2BR - You're probably going to need the extra room
