Does anyone know when Disney publishes the rates for next year on the website?

What sort of rates? Room rates?

If so, not until October or November. Last year increases were in the 3-5% range.

Ticket prices are subject to change at any time, and honestly you'd be lucky to get 2-3 days unofficial notice from websites like this.
