2006 Passporter Publishing Date?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew when the 2006 Passporter Book was coming out? I like to have all those pockets and such but do not want to order it if it is not coming out until August. I tried to find out on Amazon and could not figure it out.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The Disneyland Passporter was supposed to be out at the end of 2005. I read recently that it's in the editing/review process right now and it'll probably be several months before it's published. Check the boards at www.passporter.com for developments.

My first experience with the Passporter was when we went on a Disney cruise in 2003, and then I got one for WDW while we were planning a trip in 2004. That one had the pockets and planning guides and I LOVED it! I was really disappointed that the Disneyland book wouldn't be done before our trip there next month, but I'll just have to plan another trip when it comes out, right?

As for the Barnes and Nobles...I'd seen it online that it had an available date of March 2006, but when I was in the actual store the clerk couldn't even locate it in the computer...I'd even given her the exact name...so I knew it was behind schedule for sure. I'm hoping it comes out just in time for Mother's Day...it'd be a nice gift right before our trip! I bought the Unofficial Guide, which is good for someone who's never been to DL (me), but I really love Passporters...they just seem to have more detail though.

I'm not so patiently waiting for the DL guide to be published!

I am SURE the Passporter will be much better than the Unofficial Guide.

Exactly! I just opened my Passporter newsletter...had an article about it...taking preorders now for the DL Passporter's Guide with an expected delivery date around May 15, 2006, bookstores will have copies 2-3 weeks later. It said IF you preorder now you will get access to download the first 3 chapters NOW! I want this book so much, but I only want it if I know I'll have it before we leave on June 2...I hate to wait till the bookstores might get it, but I also hate to preorder and then the date get moved back till after I'm already gone... I guess I'll just keep reading to see how it's going.
