Hey everyone - we're HOME!!! We had a GREAT time, but I am glad to be back home. I have NO energy to unpack, so it'll have to wait for tomorrow after Emily goes to school and Chris goes to work. I'll give a quick update on our cruise soon!!!

Welcome Home Amy, Chris, Madison and Emily! I am sure the cruise was fabulous.

I picked up my new car this evening!!!!! I was not able to get the red convertible like I wanted. I ended up with LAZER BLUE! I LUV my Lil' Bug!:hippie: I can't wait to drive it a little more and maybe if the weather holds out I can have the top down!:cool2:

Dh and I are going on a 1 night cruise this Friday from Vancouver to Seattle courtesy of Princess Cruise lines. I have not sailed with Princess so I am excited to see one of their ships. One night cruise is really gonna be FAST! Don't have to worry about packing very much!:rotfl:

:cheer2: Welcome Home Steve! :cheer2:

:cheer2: Welcome Home Amy! :cheer2:

:car:Congrats on the car Roxann! :car:

My sentiments exactly!!! Hey, you took the words out of my mouth, but you did it so "creatively", I'll just borrow this. ;)

:rotfl2:

Welcome Home Steve - can't wait to see the pictures! Hey we stopped at a St. Julian Winery this weekend and bought another case of wine :cool1:

Congrats Roxann on the new car. The one night cruise sounds like alot of fun.

Welcome Home Amy. I can't wait to hear about your trip. I bet Chris and Madison enjoyed their Birthday cruise! :yay:

Welcome Back Steve and Amy, Cant wait to hear about your trips!!!
Congrats on the new car, Roxann!!!

Well, I was supposed to have a scrapbook weekend since Tim was out of town, but instead I decided to surprise him, and try my 1st home improvement project! It turned out great!!! I finished Lauren and Haylee's room...I painted the ceiling and trim white, then painted the walls blue(ATTA BOY BLUE), and then sponged a turquoise(Ariels Swim) on over the blue, to recreate an ocean and ariel theme!!! They turned out great! Then with a little help from my Dad we put in a hardwood floor, and put all the trim back up! Its now ready to go!!! He will be shocked when he sees what I did in a weekend! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Can't wait!!! If I remember I will post a pic of the walls! He will be home tonight, I'll let ya know what he thinks!

Thanks for the welcome backs! It's great to know that you were missed!! Anyway, if anyone is interested, I don't usually do this, but I've started writing a trip report. It's only day 1 so far, because quite frankly, that's all that I'm up to writing right now, but here's the link if you want to read.

Welcome back Steve. I'm looking forward to your pictures. I lived in Arizona for 9 years and never did make it to the Grand Canyon or Sedona, though I really meant to.

Congrats on the new car Roxann. Have fun with the top down. And make the most of that 1-night cruise!

Welcome home Amy. I'm glad you had a good time and am looking forward to reading that trip report of yours. BTW, I love that new picture of the girls!!!

Amy - I love the new picture of the girls. How pretty! They are also getting so big!

Amy....your little princesses are adorable! Going back now to read your trip report....:surfweb:

Hey there gang!

Mary - Yea! You got your docs. That will be a fun cruise!

Welcome home Steve & Amy!!!

Roxann - Congrats on the new wheels!!!

Tina - Congrats on the little home makeover! How awesome a surprise for Tim.

Amy - The girls looks so good in that picture. Are they wearing one of your Mom's creations because their outfits look great!

Sorry I haven't been around much, work has been besy and I've been doing a bunch of traveling so internet time has been low since I'v just been pooped!

Welcome back everyone.

It has been really quiet around here lately. Seems like spring has finally sprung and everyone has started spending time outside. I know we have. Between that and home improvements.

Tonight was very busy and I am bushed. Nick had a soccer game at 6:15 only 7 kids showed up so there were no subs - he ran for 48 minutes...
Then it was off to 1 and half hour baseball practice. One would think that he would come home and crash but he really wanted to to stay up. One warm shower helped out there.....

Have a great week everyone....

Amy the girls look so adorable in their dresses. I read your 1st day trip report and Wow, am I tired after reading about your walk back and forth between MK and the parking lot

Erin, Deanna has 1 1/2 hrs of track practice each day and 2 hours of soccer practice - here it is 9:45 and she's still going strong  I wish I could have just a little bit of that energy!

Tina - Way to go on the home improvement project - can't wait to see some pictures. I'm sure Tim will be really surprised.......and probably happy that it's one less thing he has to do.

Thanks for the nice comments! Yep, my mom's creation! I saw someone selling something similar on eBay, and just knew that mom could recreate it, so she did. It turned out to be my FAVORITE picture of them.

I know, trust me, between the walk from the MK parking lot to TTC, then the walk from MGM to the BC, I was wiped out!!! But, it was good, because I ate a LOT of yummy food on our cruise!!

Ok, before I head to bed for the night, I just have to post this picture. Maddie has been doing this for the last couple of weeks or so, and it just cracks us up. We call it her pirate wink and thumbs up!! This was the last night of the cruise, and I think she was eating her birthday cake!!!

Thanks for all the congrats on the new car. It is very fun!!! Went to DD's softball game and I parked up front. About 15 minutes later I moved my car because too many balls came too close for comfort.:scared1: Well, the car never got touched but one of the girls hit a line drive right into the pitchers left arm. Guess who the pitcher is? ME!!! OUCH!:scared: Can't let the girls see the pain.:sad2:

At our house we call that the "deal sign." Whenever we would make a bargain with one of our girls, we would ask them "Is that a deal?" and they would hold their thumb up in the air as the "deal sign." In Maddie's case, the wink is an added bonus!:thumbsup2
