Wow, that's going to be some surprise! How have you managed to keep it this long?

I would love to try to do this for my kids, but I can't, I'm too weak. I think I get even more excited than they do. Why is it every other song on my IPOD reminds me of Disney World. Only 20 days left!!!
I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait!!!!

OK, I'm a little better now...

So, I called about my Disney Dining Experience card and the fact that I can't find the permanent card they sent me last November. It would cost $25.00 to get a new one OR I can call the beginning of the week before my trip and can pick up another temporary card at EPCOT guest services at no charge. HMMMM let me think - I'll take the free one.

Now I need to find my Disney Rewards Card and load it up from my Disney Visa. That should take care a meal or two.

My mind is starting to spin, I need to find my list for packing or make a new one! I need to find a box and send it by mail so my suitcase isn't too heavy...I need to go to the Disney store. See ya later tonight.

Thank you all for the kind words about my pups. We do love them dearly and even though they are cute in the picture they are just unbelieveably cute in person. Did you ever think something was so cute you just wanted to squeeze it really hard, I have to control myself with Sully (he's the bigger one and yes named after Sully from monsters inc.), so I don't smoosh him!

What if you only had one hour in any Disney park. What hour would you spend and what would you do?I'd go to Epcot for Illuminations - but at Christmastime so I can see the extended version that I've never seen before

So I ran around town today like a chicken with my head cut off! I had to get a cake for Julia. Rule #1--Do NOT take a 3 and 2 year old into a bakery full of cakes and cookies. Bad idea. So I spent $11 more dollars than I should have and left with a cake, box of cookies and 2 mouse pastries that were just too cute at $3 a pop. I'll have to take pictures because they are just adorable.

Then I went to the Disney Store--lots of bargains out there folks. 25% off the lowest clearance price. I was able to snag a Mickey denim jacket for me for $22. It has a painted Mickey on the back and Mickey Mouse in red rhinestones on the front. Of course the girls got shirts and socks too. Just way too cute!!

Ahhhh....I remember well those run around days with my kids. I MISS them terribly. Life was so much more interesting than now. There are trade offs like now I have more time to knit and scrapbook and do my "thing" whatever it happens to be at the time but I just really miss my kids. The circle of life.....

Diana, Go Get Wendy's!!!!! there is no excuse for that. You could have gotten more from them by threatening to call the health dept, but you will get much more satisfaction by knowing that you get their donkey nailed to the wall.

I'm really impressed with the Health Dept. I'm still never eating at Wendy's again, but I'm impressed that they took my complaint as seriously as they did, sent someone out exactly a week from my incident and is making them change the way they operate. She explained to me that she relies on people reporting things like this because then she can go into the places she knows are problems and bust them.

I'm still completely UNimpressed with Wendy's because they have not contacted me about my letter at all. I did not include my telephone number in the letter, just my address and email address yet the Health Dept person got my number and called me when her investigation was complete.

I am so impressed by your health dept. and their follow up!

That's too cute! My girls are never dating so they won't have the opportunity to be nervous!

So for those of you following my Wendy's saga....I just received a telephone call from the lady at the Albany County Health Dept. First I'm going to say I'm super impressed that first of all she took the time out to call me, but she also went to the raw chicken Wendys and did a full inspection today and called me with the findings. First off she starts out by saying the manager is very young and is on the job not even 1 month. She commented that she was going to contact the owner because that's not an acceptable timeframe for someone to be left alone and be responsible and not checked up on. He was completely clueless about fryer temps and monitoring them and logging them. He was also completely clueless about the fact that b/c Wendy's offers 2 chicken sandwiches, they are different chickens pucks and take different times to cook, the Spicy Chicken being thicker and requiring more fry time. She went on to tell me a bunch of different things about staff knowledge (the fact they didn't know much of anything) and more food prep concerns. She said she left a huge list of things they need to change in order to meet the required health department rules and will be doing weekly follow up visits to make sure the changes are being made.

Our cruise docs are being sent today!!! Just got off the phone with DCL - they had to call for an address because we have a P.O. Box and they can only send the docs UPS.

23 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having the worst (and a few other choice words) time getting our digital pictures loaded onto the computer--don't ask why, I have no idea but I can try to get my most unhelpful brother-in-law to do it on his computer (actually I will get my husband to ask him since blood is thicker than water etc) but he only likes to do things when he has time for it and even though he lives at home and mommy still does everything for him, he is always too busy to help out (ok I know I am ranting now) but I will make the effort to assist Mark.

So let me know.

I will try to be in chat tonight but I have to referee a water polo game first

Jacqui - Chris is right. The picture is only for the website so that we can all put as many faces to names before we go. If you don't give us one that is ok. The button will look much like the one Mark has up on the site (only the 2006 version).
