2006 Dues at OKW

I don't know if this has been posted but we got our DVC Condominium Assocation meeting details and it looks like the OKW dues for 2006 will be $4.2410 per point - up from $3.86 last year.

Anyone else got theirs

Thanks - I know it would be on the US DVC board but wanted to post it on our board just in case anyone missed it.

So what is everyone else paying at their home resorts

I bet the disparity in the rate-of-change can be attributed to increased transportation costs -- perhaps BWV and BCV both benefit from lower utilization of busses than OKW. (SSR of course doesn't count, since it is still likely subsidized at a much higher rate than the others.)

That's a heck of an increase at OKW isn't it?

Mine are up slightly to $3.98 at SSR but I think they are still subsidized by DVD as they are actively selling it (not very technical explanation, sorry but hopefully you will know what I mean )

Y'know, DVC subsidizes all of the properties, not just SSR. They just give a bigger subsidy to SSR.

Here are the increases for 2006

BCV $4.48 --- 4.92 % increase

BWV $4.69---- 6.35 % increase

HH $4.34 ---- 7.43 % increase

OKW $4.24 ---- 9.84 % increase

SSR $3.98 ---- 3.92 % increase

Vero $5.27 - 8.21 % increase
Vero(sub) $4.12-- 7.29 % increase

WLV $4.61 ---- 5.98 % increase
