Hurray !! Got the final (and most important) piece of my Jan trip today - Segway Tour booked for the morning of DS's 16th Birthday - what a lucky boy (young man

Most delightful CM had to work really hard to find it for me, they are learning a brand new system and the dates were coming into her system as she was talking to me - at first she said "they're not booking any Segway tours next year until 2/14 !!!" I just about hit the floor, but she said "don't hang up, I'm going to figure this out for you" - and she did !!!! Finally !!!
I told her she was going to have a very busy day !!!
