That is what I am getting from all of this. Why else would they not offer the discounts? I mean they are even still offering and pushing the discounts for the alternate Eastern routes this fall, and the 10 day Christmas, why not straight across the board?

I believe the Magic and Wonder were built with the Panama Canal in mind, just small enough to fit through. DH and I have decided if there is a repositioning cruise we are so there and will visit Disneyland again, of course.
