2005 concierge point values?

If I want to reserve a concierge collection hotel (Arizona Biltmore) for next year (2005), do they charge you for the current point values, or do they wait and charge you for the yet undertermined point values for 2005?

My guess is you won't be able to reserve until a points value is determined. MS may have this well before it's on the website so you should call them. In the past with DCL, members were allowed to book the next year before the points schedule came out. Those members would have to pay the new points and would be committed to it even though they didn't know how many. I wonder what would happen if one didn't have enough points in that situation?
