I have 200 current use year points available for $10/point. These points would need to be used by August 31, 2006, or if transferred they could be banked before February 28, 2006. My home resort is HHI, so I can currently make reservations through the middle of July at the other resorts. I would ideally transfer the whole 200 points to another DVC member, but I'm flexible. 
I have done this before and I do have references if necessary.
I also have 30 banked points available that must be used before August 31, 2006. These cannot be transferred. I would rent these for $8/point.
