$200 Gift Card

We are going in March and will be given the $200 Disney gift card. Does anyone know if you can use this card for tips for dining? And when do you get the card.. upon checking in??

I just got one on my Jan. trip - you sign for it on check-in. I used mine to upgrade my pass to an AP, and to buy souvenirs at different gift shops. I know you can use it for dining, not sure if just towards a tip, but I'm sure it can cover your tip if added to your dining bill. It gives you a detailed page of what it's allowances are when you get it, can't find mine to help you ahead of time. Enjoy!
