20% off coupons MK CS

We're at Disney now and were given some coupons for 20% off certain CS restaurants. A CM was standing just inside the turnstiles, and was holding a basket of coupons that are good for the next few days for lunch before 11:30and between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.

We decided to cancel our Tony's ressies and use a coupon at Columbia Harbour House. So the shrimp basket that usually costs about $10 was only $8. (It was excellent, btw, and I'm not a big fan of Disney food.)

Has anyone else seen these coupons? Or, has everyone seen them and I'm the last to know? I'm wondering if they'll be doing this at all the parks for the next few days. I won't give up my Sci-Fi ressies, but I'd happily part with my R & C ressies.

Also, if you walk into a park and see a CM with a basket, it pays to be friendly.

2) When used, they are used for a particular park.
3) And, not all parks use them at the same time.
4) If you notice, they are really restrictive for time of use.

I thought they did (today anyhow) for crowd control. I won't get my hopes up but I'm going to be on the lookout for CMs with baskets.

When my family and I went to Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe at the Magic Kingdom and Electric Umbrella at Epcot, both those receipts had the 20% off coupon which listed the park stores they could be used at. So basically they were not limited to the park where you purchased the food. However we never saw any Cast Members handing these out.

The coupons currently being distributed at the Magic Kingdom Park are for a 20% Discount at select Quick Service Restaurants. They are meant, in part, to encourage Guests to dine during less crowded periods during this busy time of year.
