I made the New Orleans style shrimp and rice from the latest edition of Martha Steward Living last Saturday night.

Simple and scrumptious. It doesn't look like it from the recipe but it packs a punch!

I don't have the recipe with me but I bet you could find it through her website or email me and I'll dig it back out for you!

WICKED EASY
Baked Stuffed Shrimp

If they are fresh you need to devain and clean them up -

spread out on cookie sheet

mix together
1 rack of ritz crackers all crushed up, 1 can of crabmeat, 2 sticks of butter

Drop by LARGE tablespoon fulls over the shrimps

bake for 10 minutes and ENJOY!
