Does anyone know what is going into the 20,000 Leagues area? I asked a CM once and she told me she could tell me but then she'd have to kill me. :goodvibes The character greeting area is gone now and they put a wall up with a sign saying something about "rebuilding for your future enjoyment". Just wonder what was being heard :listen: out there?

Have a Tiggerific Day!!

I read somewhere (on this board, matter of fact) that it's supposed to be a "100 Acre Wood" play area or something to that effect. Something related to Winnie-the-Pooh, anyway!

Yep...I heard the same thing. Some type of Pooh Bear little kids play area.

I, too, have heard about the Winnie the Pooh thing, but have heard that it's only meant to be a placeholder while Imagineers work on something more "grand" (for lack of a better word). However, they intended other attractions to be placeholders too (i.e. Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Mickey's ToonTown Fair...orginally called Mickey's Birthdayland before it changed to Mickey's Starland, and others). So it's possible that if the placeholder goes well, it can stay permanently.

I got this off Jim Hill Media and they've always been accurate in the past.

Well, I am glad to hear that it might only be a placeholder. I would love for there to be a ride there for a movie that doesn't already have something in the park. Like 101 Dalmatians, Finding Nemo, or Toy Story.
