2 years of DVC discounted PAP's?

We are headed to WDW this December (2012) and will be buying and activating DVC discounted PAP's. Could we also buy DVC discounted PAP's vouchers before 12/31/2012 and activate them in December of 2013? If so, would we buy the vouchers at the park or online?

Why not purchase them now and activate them later? If I recall correctly, you have to buy prior to 12/21/12...and activate prior to 12/31/13. It's worth looking into.

Wait....you have to purchase prior to 12/21/12? Shoot, I thought I had till 12/31/12. 10 less days to decide whether to go next Dec. or not.

Thank you. That's what i thought. My Brother in law works on a cruise line, and can get us a big discount, so we want to take a cruise on his ship next summer, but I don't know if it's in Europe then, or in the Caribbean and he won't be home till a few days before Christmas. The airfare to Europe is going to eat up the Disney money for next December so I'm not buying the PAP until I know for sure, which won't be till around the 21st. This gives me a few more days to decide.
