2 year old turning 3 while on trip

I have a question. DD will be turning 3 while we are in DW. We are staying off site so we will not have a dining plan. Her park ticket will be free since she will not be 3 at the start of the trip. However, when making a dining reservation would she be considered 2 or 3 if dining after her birthday? Should I just call and ask? Anyone have any experience?

You could call to confirm, but I was always under the impression that if you are 2 at the start of your trip, you are considered 2 for the entire trip. That could be only if you are staying at a Disney resort, but I doubt it!
