2 year old Trach

Not quite. All of you go up to the CM and you'll get a child swap pass. The family waits in line and rides the ride while you and the two-year-old wait outside the line. When the rest of the family finishes riding, they come out to wherever you are. You (and up to two of the others) go up to the ride, show the child swap pass and use the FP line to ride while the two-year-old (and everyone else) wait wherever you want. You do not need to use the child swap pass right away (you can generally actually use it anytime on your trip - but this may differ between WDW and DL).
So go to the CM before getting in line?

One more thing, should I do Fastpasses on the rides that we could potentially get a das for? Like say the Peter Pan's Flight? If we get a das will we really need the fastpass?

You can only have one das return time at once, so you will still want to use fastpass. You can alternate, for example get a das return time for small world, then go use a fast pass for Peter pan while you wait for the return time, when you are done with Peter pan go back and use your das for small world. The other option would be to get fastpasses for the rides she can't get ob, since you won't have a das for those

just because one person with a similar thing your child has got a DAS dose not mean your child will also get a DAS so I would plane your trip as if you are not going to get a DAS and then if you are given one then great.

and by the way Peter Pan has one of the best stand by lines at Disney

Note that Peter Pan is one of the rides that may or may not be an option for your daughter. I believe it requires a transfer and they will not slow down or stop the ride for you to do that.

For your fastpasses, I would list all the attractions that 1) have a height requirement or 2) require a transfer from the wheelchair. The rides that have a height requirement will also have child swap. When going to the ride, tell the CM you want a child swap. They will give someone in the first part of the party a card. In the past we have gotten the child swap "ticket" (looks like the old FP tickets) when we entered, but last trip they gave my husband a card similar to the ride time cards, just a different color. When he got to the front, they gave him the paper "child swap" ticket - valid to return anytime that day. He rode with my son, then gave the ticket to me and I got in the fastpass line. We have been able to use the child swap both standby and fastpass.

For those rides that you want to do that do not have a child swap and that she cannot ride, get a fastpass and hit the beginning of the fast pass window for the first half of the party. There should be enough time after they ride for you to hit the FP window when they are done.
