I'm eating 1400 calories a day.

I had a medical procedure done that I needed stitches for in my leg so I've been much less active the past 2 weeks then I have been prior- but still!!!! 2 weeks at 1400 calories and I haven't lost an ounce. I knew I'd lose slower- but this is ridiculous!

Any suggestions to get over this hump???

What are you eating? Cut refined carbs and excess sugar. Basically anything white has got to go.

Try to find other exercises you can do that wont bother your leg. If you can walk, just take some evening strolls. Get some hand weights and do arm exercises while you have your feet propped up in recovery.

Stick with it and when the leg heals, get right back into it. Just do some small stuff while you heal to keep active.

I know its hard when the scale doesn't budge, but its not always an indicator of what is going on with your body. Don't let it get you down.

Are you getting enough calories? Sometimes too few will work against you also. I don't count calories, but in the past while on WW I would stall, the leader told me to eat a little extra for a week (not pig out) and then go back and see what happened. I was sure I would gain, but it worked for me every time.
