2 Trips: One on-site one off-site

Hi! We have two trips coming up: mid-September and after Christmas/before New Years. One of these trips will be off-site (we have free Hyatt nights to use) and one will be on-site. Not yet sure if we're renting a car but is it better to stay on-site when the parks will be busier (aka the holidays)? Thanks for any insight you can offer!

I think it would be better to stay on site when you know the parks will be crazy busy. Disney transportation is, in my opinion, so much better than any off site transportation. And when the parks are busy, I prefer using Disney transportation over driving.
