2 table credits link

Can someone direct me to the link that shows which locations charge 2 credits? I think I saw that both Artist Point and Narcoossee's do, which is confusing to me seeing that not one of their entrees is even close to being worth spending 2 table credits on (not even the $50+ lobster). Thanks!
