2 Silly Sisters take on napping!!!!
We definitely wouldn't win if we took on the WORLD.
If your looking for hard core WDW commandos, this is not the PTR for you.
If your interested in a park hopping family, we are so not it. We will barely make it to one park a day.
If your looking for information on fireworks, we not going to be any help. We'll be in bed munching on yummy treats watching a movie by then.


So I bet your wondering who we are.

For the purpose of this PRT, I will be known as Belle. I am a semi employed teacher in my mid thirties. The other character joining me for this trip is my darling baby sister (though she has been legal for almost a decade now). She is a current college student soon to be grad student. For this trip report, she will be known as Lady.

The reason for our aliases is quite simple. We play MMORPGs. In the years, that we have been playing we have had a few cyber stalkers, and one or 2 that came close to real life stalkers. For this reason, we will not be sharing our names, pictures of our faces, or even the exact dates of our trip until after the trip.
Our History
We have both been to WDW many many many times. Too many times to count even with my socks off. We have stayed at all the value resorts at one time or the other except the new AOA, a couple of mods, and the YC (My all time fav.)Our most recent trip was this June. We spent 7 days at POP on the DxDP. OH, the food.


Now to the good stuff what will be in our PTR!

1. Soo many ADR's your head will spin.
2. Plans for each day including so much napping and maybe a little painting.
3. List list lists and a few more lists.
4. Oh!!! My new favorite window and door deco plans for our trip. Incase you were wondering there will be way more than 1..2..3... can you guess how many.

Oh wait, you need to know how long we will be there dont you.
Well here is what I'll be booking tomorrow at 7am. First off I am hoping for our resort of choice POP with the stay play and dine discount. we will be staying 13 nights with a 10day pass(no bunnying) on the DxDP. Can someone say food porn!!!!!

This live PTR comes to you directly from a computer room. As I sit on hold wait to make my resort reservation I wonder...... Why doesnt disney want to take my money?
I know the thought is mind boggling. This morning at 7 am I waited for over 45min, only to be told there system was down call again later. Doh!! They couldnt have put a message on the system instead of having me wait forever.

At this point in my seemingly endless wait, I am at 30min now. I am wondering where my classic disney music is???????? I want my pixie dust!!!! In all seriousness though its odd calling and not hearing the classics. Dont get me wrong but the canada song is weird to hear. I keep thinking did I call the wrong place????

Okay on to the good stuff. I am trying to book POP. Please Please Please give me my POP. I am not asking for much just 13 nights at POP. I wouldnt complain if the new discount brought my trip down a few hundred dollars more. I am hoping for like $700 off. Not much right

We are at 37 min now . Lady and I are starting to add dialogue to the strange music. We could have sworn someone just got hit with a car in the last song.

Any guesses on how long my wait will be????

Yay!!!! Our trip is booked! I got exact what we wanted. POP here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I am wiped out. I'll see you all tomorrow. Maybe well talk about day 1 plans and some serious ocd, or maybe well talk about some window dressing? Who knows TOON in tomorrow to find out!!!

I am afraid my intro was a little brief. Hello, I am Belle and I am an obsessive planner. I fully embrace my OCD. I am not seeking help. Unless you mean help planning.

Day 0
You should know on weekends I really like sleeping in. I just wish my body agreed with me. Sadly, I'll be up at 5:45 walking one of my dogs. That early its me and the big scary looking girl. I'll probably pull out the suit case and that's about it for my morning. Once back home that's when the mayhem will begin.

Lets just touch on my packing list.

My everything bag is always the first packed. Its just what you think it is everything you might ever need at Disney. We picked up a new on at disney during our June 12 trip. Its my very favorite so far. I look for the most light weight bag I can find. This one is a Fab 5 Nerds Messenger Bag. (Sorry I cant seem to get any images to post here??) Here is what we put in it.

You might be wondering what we are going to do with that 4+ hour gap between meals.
Please Please Please let me say nap.....sadly we wont be napping on our first day. It seems so wrong to say that, but we really need to give our room time to air out. I bet your scratching your head about now. Disney rooms dont need to be aired out. Well they do after we're done with it. I did mention I have a TINY case of OCD and am a little bit of a germaphobe..
If you havent noticed from our packing list. We dont use hotel pillows, blankets, sheets, and we wont even sleep on the bed. We also wipe down every hard surface in the room. I also clean the entire bathroom. We'll be doing this craziness right after we check in before lunch.
This forces us to be out of the room for several hours so the room can air out. Meaning no nap , but we will be visiting DTD. I just might be planning to purchase one or two things while we are there.

Our first time ever decorating our window and door!!!!!!!

I cant wait. I saw this on another forum here and thought that looks awesome. We saw a few simply decoed windows on our last trip. They had stuffies here and there and a few toys.

The threads gave me the idea to do theme windows and doors.

I wanted to change the window each day we were there. That would have been 13 window changes. Lady put her foot down at this. We agreed on 7. I was able to get Lady into it by having her paint a picture for each theme window. She got soo into it that we are having 2 paintings for a few themes.
Lady can paint. Her black and whites are my favorites though.

Welcome back to my PTR. I hope sometime soon someone is going to join me. Till then I dont mind talking to myself...

I am soo excited that I talked Lady into the windows.

I think our first window/door combo is going to be Lilo and Stitch

Here's the plan so far....

Back Drop
I am thinking either a Hawaiian print or a beach scene?
I am hoping to find some sea shell twinkle lights after xmas.

Front and center of the window we are going to have Lady's painting of Lilo and Stitch.
Using car window pens, we are going to write Aloha on the window.
For the window sill i want to place a few surf boards. There will be beach sand on the bottom with a large umbrella. We're bringing 2 stuffies to sit under the umbrella.

For the door, we are going to put up flower shaped post its and a big sign.
I am thinking the sign will say Aloha Please leave your mark.

I am also going to make 20 or 30 leis to place on our door for people to take as a thank you gift for signing our door.

One must learn to crawl... cupcake crawl before they can walk though WDW>>>

Let's cupcake crawl!!!!!

On the Dxdp you have soooooo much food and soooooo many SC too many or one person to eat. Normally I would just hit up germany and have candy for weeks, but this time I am going to use my/our SC for scientific purposes. I will indeavor to discover the truth about WDW cupcakes.
Since we will be at POP for 13 days I will attempt to assess 13 cupcakes. The only question is which ones???


My Control subject will be a basic boxed cupcake with jar icing. Though these are ok tasting they are nothing spectacular.

Hi All....

On day 2 we will finally be able to do my favorite thing at WDW, Now, I really wanna say nap, which we will do that day, but instead I will say TSM. This ride is by far my favorite ride on property. This ride is the center of many of our plans throughout the weeks we are at disney. Lady just cant do the standby line for TSM. It is sooo loud that even with her ear plugs she cant take the noise. If you cant guess she has sensory issues. So on to the fun.

Day 2 Hollywood Studios

Breakfast - The Wave 7:30am
We will both be getting the buffet.

This breakfast time should allow us to make it there just before the park's soft opening. I hope this will allow us to be one of the first people on TSM. We could then ride stand by and grab a fast past or 2. I would love to ride it 2-3 times this morning.

Following this we'll probably hit star tours once or twice. Lady's favorite ride. I would also like to do the back lot tour, but I dont know if we'll have time before lunch ressies.

After lunch we'll probably grab deserts to go from writers stop or starring rolls. I'll be putting these in the fridge for a midnight snack. Then we'll head back to the resort for the highlight of our trip at..wait for it.... NAP. After that Lady is going to start her first painting of the trip. While she is at her easel, ill be rocking some crayons and a coloring book or my kindle. What I have to start thinking about is amazing spots for her to paint each day. We plan on taking 2-4 hours each day for her to paint in a different spot.
Any suggestions for great spots around the world preferably at resorts to paint??

Dinner ????? That is the question of the day.
Our current reservation is for Boatwright which is a great restaurant, but now I really want to change. I was reading a dining review and saw that they have bison at Brown Derby. Lady flips for bison, and the duck 2 ways looks amazing to me. What would you do?????

Sorry its been so long since my last post. Work has been busy.

Its official we are going to Brown Derby for dinner on day 2. I do not usually change ressies till we're on property, but now I am just not happy with half of our ADRs. Hmmm what should I do????

I have come up with a small list for each park of my must do's. I dont think Lady has any must do's except star tours.

We get to start our day with a prerope drop Crystal Palace breakfast.

We hope to finish this meal at exactly 9am and run to Buzz Lightyear. We wanna ride this a few times standby and grab a fast pass or 2. After that well just have to ride the people mover. The new fantasy land will be our next stop. I am hoping to have a little brew and see a castle listen to a fairy tale, and just see whats new. I might make a stop in my cupcake crawl at BOG.

This will allow us to get to Hollywood Studios just before the soft opening. We'll make the mad dash to TSM. I am hoping we can ride 3-4 times before the line gets too bad. After that we are flying by the seat of our pants. Lady and I will be out of the park by 11:30 so that we can make our lunch ressies at....

They changed the menu so I am not sure what we will be ordering other than the sticky wings and potstickers.
