My wife and I are annual passholders and we are going to the world in February with some friends. We were wondering if we would be able to book 2 rooms at the passholder rate for ourselves and our friends since we have 2 passes? Thanks for any help you can give.

Since you have 2 passes I can't see why not, however, I believe you will have to list each of you in each room.

I thought you use to be able to book up to three rooms using just one pass. I haven't looked at the pass holder benefits for this year, so I guess it might have changed.

Yes, they changed the rules this year. Now you have to have one adult passholder registered in each discounted room. This also closed the loophole of people buying a child AP to get the room discount.

I called TWICE about this question.

The first call was about some other matters, and the CM seemed very knowledgeable. She didn't hesitate to answer that we could book up to three rooms with one AP.

The second time I called I asked someone who seemed "new" and he put me on hold to ask a supervisor. His answer upon return was that one adult with an AP could book up to 3 rooms.

Well, if you look back at the threads late July/early August when the fall AP rates came out, you'll see a lot of them regarding the policy change, and the fact that not all the CM's are aware of the change. There were a lot of frustrated people who weren't happy about the change. A lot of the Disney specific travel agencies also have this info on their websites. Of course, it's Disney's policy to make or break at will, so they could decide to allow only one room for certain codes, and multiple rooms for other codes if they want to.

We just came back from the WL. We went with my parents. Me and my DH both have APs. In order to book an AP room for my parents, we had to list my DH on my parents ressie. CM told us one room per pass and the passholder had to be listed on the room ressie. Just our experience. :goodvibes

So if I am an Annual Passholder I cant book 2 rooms for my immediate family of 2 adults and 4 children? :(
