2 Rooms at Swan and MDE

I am traveling with a group of four friends. We have two rooms booked at Swan in my name. Each room has its own confirmation number. Can I put both in my MDE or do I add one to my MDE and add the other to a different party member's MDE? Does is matter?

Make sure each person is assigned to a room in MDE. In order to book LLs or scan in for early entry/extra evening hours they need to be linked to the res in MDE.

I’d definitely check on the Swan and Dolphin thread. Having stayed there recently, I do know that you need to add everyone who is staying in the room when you link the confirmation number in MDE. Our room was booked in my name and I had to add my mother’s name at the same time I linked in MDE. So unsure how that works when both rooms are in your name. I do know if you download the swan and dolphin app (not the Marriott app), you can easily text them and get a quick response. Curious how this turns out for you as we often book two rooms when we travel with our teen boys.
