We are doing a weekend trip to Disney with the kids. The issue is that the kids are DD 19 & DS 15 - I think they are too old to be sharing a bed. So, I am trying to decide on either a 2 bedroom suite or 2 rooms. Any ideas/suggestions? We are traveling Memorial weekend. TIA

I would go with two rooms if that meant two bathrooms. :-) Sometimes the suites still only have one bathroom depending on the resort.

My kids are 20, 18, 11, and 10 and I still make them share a bed. LOL. DH, Me and 10 year old in one bed. 20 and 11 year old in the other. And the 18 year old doesn't like to share a bed, plus no one wants to share with him. LOL. He is also the biggest and over 200 pounds. She we usually bring an air mattress for him if there is no sofa or sofa/bed. Sine the older ones work now, they don't always come with us anymore anyways.

If you are onsite, definately go 2 rooms.
Offsite, my personal favorite is the Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista because there is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 tv's plus the free breakfast.
Have to book the 2 BEDROOM suite though to get the 2 bathrooms.

Off site I have stayed at Staybridge Suites a few times. It is right by DTD, so you are very close to all of the Disney magic.:goodvibes We stay in what they call a trio suite, which is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has 2 double beds, and a double fold out in the living room area. Plus you get breakfast for free!

If you want to stay on-site, why not bring along an air mattress? You could then stay anywhere you like, and the kids can take turns sleeping on the mattress.

I agree that this resort is ideal. We love the hot breakfast. In the evening you can have a quick service meal, too; they offer it three times during the week. They have a shuttle to the Disney parks, but we drove. Driving was very easy back and forth from the parks. You are close enough to go to various restaurants, too.

If you want something cheaper, you may want to try Clarion Inn, but I wouldn't rank it the same.
