2 resies to get value rate

I have Poly res for starting on 8/28 to take advantage of value season rate. I want to stay 2 days earlier now, but if I add two ni to the current res, I will be booked at higher rate for length of stay. Should I make 2 res one for the first two days and one for the rest of the stay? Will they make us check out and move?

Yes and No, we have done this before. We had to pay a higher rate the first night and then book a new ressie at the cheaper rate. We did actually have to check out (just the express where they hang it on your door, but we did not have to change rooms. Sometimes people have had to change though. Just let them know when you check in that you have 2 ressies that continue and you would like to stay in the same room if possible..
