I'm sure this is obvious somewhere but I don't know where - what does W.I.S.H. stand for?

Second - in keeping with my new diet efforts i find my biggest problem is being hungry - especially late afternoon. Any ideas on how to keep hunger at bay while keeping on a diet?

Try to snack on protein -- it will satisfy you longer. When you have a carb snack it spikes your sugar but only for a short time -- as your sugar comes down so does your energy plus your hunger returns. Try snacking on a hardboiled egg or a few grilled chicken tenders in the afternoon. Also having many mini meals thru the day often helps -- instead of the traditional 3 meals a day, try having 5 or 6 mini meals.
