2 questions before my trip next week

I bought 3 day park hopper bonus tickets through ARES travel. I thought they were going to be e-tickets, but it says that it is a voucher to be exchanged at a ticket booth. Has anyone bought tickets from them and had any problems at the ticket booths? Does it take long to exchange them?

Also we fly into LAX at 10:57 am on Sunday November 1st and taking the Disneyland Express Bus which should pick us up around 11:30. How long does it take to get to Anaheim at that time of day on a Sunday? I know they say roughly an hour but is that with or without traffic?

Also when we fly back on Wednesday the 4th our flight is at 1:30 will the traffic be factor then or can I just plan on an hour so needing to leave on the 10:00 am bus.

I've used ARES vouchers before without any problems whatsoever. How long it takes to exchange them depends on the lines at the ticket booths.

Sorry, I can't help with the LAX questions. I fly into SNA or LGB.

I have stood in the ticket line during one of the busiest weeks of the year and it took about 45 minutes to get to the front, at mid day. Just plan for the worst and then hope for the best. Do look for the shorter line rather than just following the crowd.

An hour to LAX should be fine. I find the airport to be pretty quick to navigate as well. You could possibly leave later if you were really confident, but the 10 should be just fine and allow you a more liesurely pace.
