I just got my AP vouchers in the mail and at the bottom corner they put the name of the person I had them shipped to instead of my name (which they were billed to). Is this going to cause a problem when I exchange them? Secondly - I tried to go on disney.com in the passholders section but can't get on there. Is there a way to check passholder rates on line? I thought once you got the vouchers you could go on there but it says that voucher ID's are not valid? How do people do their research for AP rates?

The name is actually on the vouchers? That is a change. I think I would call and ask.

You need to have an active AP to access the AP site. The actual AP# is used to login. But really this site is a great way to know when they open up new AP dates.

Enjoy your APs. We find them to make WDW even more addictive!

You have to have an active AP to use the website. If you are looking for AP rates for a specific date and resort, they are not on the AP site. All they do is list the general dates, base rates and the codes. You can get the same thing on mousesavers.

Thanks. I thought that you could put in specific dates and get rates but if it is just the same info as mousesavers, I guess I'll go there.

I received my ap voucher as a Christmas gift. I also tried to get onto the passholder section of the web site. When I called to ask about this the cm said that they are looking into changing the access to include the non-activated vouchers so we could have access to the information. BTW, if you want the Mickey Monitor coming out in Feb, you have to call and add your address t othe list. It won't automatically come to you until the pass is activated.

To get the Mickey Monitor before you activate the pass would I just call the ticket's phone number? I am assuming this is some kind of news letter or magazine??? It would be nice if we could look at the passholders area - actually I think everybody should be able to check out the site because if they saw something they like they would be more likely to buy the AP.

Disney only sends the Mickey Monitor to Passholders in the US and Puerto Rico. They may send you a single one if you call but you won't get them mailed to you regularly since you are in Canada. They send them out using bulk rate postage which cannot be sent internationally.
