If you are a thrill ride person, and are staying at PBH or HRH, on Sunday, you get in Universal early. I was there in August and I did BTF 2x and then MIB 3x, then ET then headed over to IOA and did DD 4x, DR Doom 2x, Spidey 3x, Hulk 5x and that was all before noon. Then you can relax and do all of the other fun stuff and get wet on the water rides. Later in the day, I did MIB 8-9 times in a row in single rider line and then went back to Spidey and it 6 more times before heading back to hotel. I guess you know my favorites once my 40 year old stomach gets tired of the roller coasters.
If you are not staying at PBH or HRH, then I would definitely walk to the right at IOA and do DD first, there are no lines that early. Then continue walking to the right and do Spidey, Dr. Doom, Hulk, then head over to do ET, BTF, and MIB at Universal. Remember the express passes and single rider lines if you do not have room key from PBH or HRH.
Even with the room key, I found single rider lines faster sometimes than express especially for MIB and Hulk.
