2 October 08 Wonder. Long way off but .....

Doing the happy dance   Only three days till we leave for Disney. We will be going to Disney for a week before the cruise. We are also going to MNSSHP on the 30th. Then we will spend 1 night back at disney after the cruise before we take our flight back home. Only a few days before we leave and I still have to finish packing :scared1:

I'll be off now then ... last day at work today, spending tomorrow doing final packing before going to the airport hotel overnight. We fly Thursday morning into Sanford. :cool1:

Hope everyone has a safe journey and perhaps we'll bump into each other on the ship (or at MNSSHP on the 30th).

Take care, see you all soon.

Bats :thumbsup2

We stayed at PoR a few years ago in the Alligator Bayou section and loved it! It was great having direct access to DTD and FQ via the boat. Hope you have a great time! :goodvibes

The only place I have ever stayed is the Wilderness Lodge. I have read good and bad reviews about POR. Mostly bad about the busses. I am looking forward to it. It looks beautiful in the pictures.

We are leaving Saturday for Nashiville (2 hrs away). Our plane leaves at 6:50 Sunday morning. I am trying to stay within the new luggage restrictions. We are flying Delta so we get to check-in one free bag a piece.

It took a long time to get here and now the days are flying by. Now if I could only get through work hours without thinking about the trip.

A week from tomorrow - WOW! This past month has really gone by fast. I keep finding more things to pack, not sure I'll be able to close my suitcase in another week. I hope everyone who is doing the land portion before the cruise has a wonderful time and a safe trip there.

Day after tomorrow! I am so excited. We're leaving tomorrow early (3:30 am) to drive to O'Hare and then fly to Orlando. Staying with friends tomorrow nite and then we'll see all of you on the ship! :dance3:

Everyone's FE were very impressive! My DD was not a good cruiser but the FE gifts put a big smile on her face. She kept asking why she was getting presents. Thank you to all! We had a great time. I thought theEnchanted Dreams was WOW!!

Thanks you, thank you, thank you.

Everyone went overboard with their FE gifts. My two children loved the little surprises. They constantly wanted to go back to the room to check the FE. I knew we were going to get approximately two gifts a day, but I believe a few of you left us something EVERY DAY!

My husband told me I was not prepared to recipricate your generocity!

We might have been a small FE group but I know we had some mighty Disney magic being spread within our little group on the Wonder.

By the way, I loved all the items that represented where you lived! I'm sorry I did not better prepare myself, I had simply relied on research from the boards for ideas on what normally is exchanged.
Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I had to pack all the gifts in a large trash bag to bring them home.

Thanks again for spreading a lot of Disney magic for my family.

Thanks from me too. So good to come back to the room and find gifts.
I think one or two of you saw my partner Mick delivering gifts on the last evening for Rachel ... he was our delivery man!! :)

Thank you so much to everyone ... we booked again while on board and will be transferring our booking on Tuesday to the 5 night Key West trip on 22nd June.

Highs were: Enchanted Dreams, cocktails, the adult pool and Adam the Australian barman.
Lows: My cocktail bill, Micks beer bill, leaving the ship!

Just wondering if anyone's else's child got sick as soon as you got home? Both of our dds got some kind of virus that started in their stomaches and then ended up with sore throats. Fun, esp when they missed 4 days of school for our vacation!! :rolleyes1

No illnesses here thankfully but my 4 yr old niece was sick on the ship. The ships doctor put it down to too much excitement etc. She didn't eat all day but the doctor gave my sister some electrolite drinks and she was right as rain on CC day.

DFCS, every gift provided more magic to our trip. I thought my gifts were on the sad side after receiving everyone elses. My 63 year old dad was just as excited as my 3 year old to check out the FE.

BATS, lucky you! I would love to go on another cruise. I also love Key West. Used to go once a year until I had a child.

Our 2 Princesses, my dd didn't get sick. She was horribly cranky the whole cruise though. I have never seen her that bad. I hope your princesses are feeling good now.

My sister says thank you for the birthday card. She was very surprised.

Thank you to everyone. Our group made our trip Wonderful!!

What a wonderful vacation! I loved everyone's FE gifts. It was a fun thing to do. Sorry for those who got sick. We didn't have any problems except that the cruise was too short.

For my FE friends - how did you like the Cheap Trick CD. Have your heard of them before? Just curious.

Need 10 post to post a link - Trying to post a link to our pictures for all to look at.
