I am excited to get to back to Disney's Fort Wilderness, but I have never gone this early in the holiday season. I usually go the week of Thanksgiving and or a weekend in December, but alas I couldn't get in this year not even at full price. So, I am going the weekend before Thanksgiving on a cancellation and I am happy to see that some holiday decorations will be up and Mickey's Very Merry will be going on.

I am sad that it'll be too soon to cart over my two tubs of Disney Christmas decorations, but I guess you can't have everything....including my perferred Premium sites.

Oh well, at least I get to go.

At least you are there, (or will be) Mmketeer, and we're going to be stuck here at home.

If you don't want to take both tubs of Christmas decorations you might take at least one - the campers will have Christmas decore up even though it's still turkey time.

Try to get a big plate of white/dark meat for me with gravy, cornbread dressing, and a slice of pumpkins AND pecan pie during your stay.

Give us an update when you get home.

Are you serious !?!?! OF COURSE you should bring your Christmas decor and put them up !! It's NEVER too soon !
There are folk here (where we live( that's had Christmas decor up for the past month, (and I'm not talk'n Wally Weird).

Go for it !! Yeah baby !!

We're here now and have two Christmas blow ups and tons of Xmas lights (and there are many others) Bring them! You will enjoy it!

Thanks for posting this, honestly I didn't think Christmas decorations would be up at the sites yet. But, I can't tell you how ticked off at myself I would have been if I had gotten their and realized I could have brought them!
Especially since these things only come out for Disney's Fort Wilderness Stays (the Florida sun just kills this stuff if you put out every year and leave it out where I live-no shade).

Oh I just read these replies to hubby and he said to tell you, 'thanks alot.' More work for him...LOL!

more good news...I figured out that their was a 7 night stay requirement for the week of 11/18, so by cheating the system I was able to upgrade to my beloved Premium site. Now if can just get my favorite Loop 800, I'll have absolutely everything I wanted.

WAHOO I am going to Disney!!!!
