we will be going to all parks and Disney Springs during our trip.
Family will play golf 7am - 1pm-ish one day.
What are ideas for us moms that won't break the bank??
Have thought of a monorail crawl, resort crawl, dining some where special, spa is too expensive i think

I love playing mini golf at Fantasia Gardens…

You can decorate a Mickey dome cake together at Amorette’s (Disney Springs). 9:15 most mornings. $199 for up to two people. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/d...rettes-patisserie-cake-decorating-experience/

Or breakfast at Topolino’s is delicious! There are good breakfast options in the Boardwalk area, too. After you could hop on the Skyliner for a ride and walk around other resorts.

There’s also the AMC movie theatre at Disney Springs - could spend a couple hours watching a movie - you can also have food delivered to your seat…then roam around Disney Springs and browse shops you might not go into when you do DS with the family…

If you like animals, you can hang out at Animal Kingdom Resort, check out the animals from Jambo House and Kidani Village, and have lunch at Sanaa. That's free, other than the lunch part.

Where are you staying? If you don't have tickets to go to the parks, just hang out at the resort and have a nice relaxing resort day sans family. Explore your resort, sit by the pool and have a refreshing adult beverage if that's your thing. If you are in a deluxe and have a balcony, sleep in and then get a cup of coffee or tea and just sit out on the balcony for a while and rest. If you have park tickets, go to the park of your choice and instead of running around a riding rides, walk around and enjoy the park details. My favorite for that is AK or Epcot after the countries have opened. So many little hidden trails at AK to wander through and so many details in the countries.

When I first read this, I was thinking 'wow, I have trouble with the Windmill course too, but I can usually get through in about an hour or so.' :) I forgot about 'full-sized' golf. Sounds like the perfect time to sleep in.
After that, maybe head over to DS for Gideons cookies and Polite Pig (and some bourbon) for lunch. Then head back to the resort for a nap until everyone gets back.
Or for the really adventurous, maybe take a nap at the pool.

What time do the golfers go? If it's fairly early, could you get to Sanaa for breakfast? It's not TS, you go to the counter in the lounge to order, get a table and they bring your food out when it's ready. Almost always window tables available and it's quiet. Then watch animals later.
The cheapest (free) option is to bring binoculars and ride in the cart, watching for wildlife, birds.

I see you are going to the parks and DS during your trip. If you do not want to do anything in the Disney bubble, I have heard that Celebration often has a farmer's market and other events.

Or, you may want to go to visit multiple resorts. Something like this:

Depending on where you are staying and taking in to account that you have an ADR at Sanaa...

Go to Disney Springs for breakfast or early lunch a browse.
Take the boat to POFQ and grab some beignets - if you like those.
Take a resort bus to Hollywood Studios and get on the Skyliner and head to Riviera and visit the bakery and quick service or bar.
Take a resort bus to Magic Kingdom and either walk over to Contemporary or take the boat or monorail. Check out the resort. and then get on the Monorail to the Polynesian (check out the new tower) and Grand Floridian.
Go back to Magic Kingdom and take the boat to Wilderness Lodge-Geyser Point

I have done this except for the POFQ visit-I live in Louisiana. I would say 4/5 hrs is a relaxing pace.

Staying at BWV.
I like the idea of AK and exploring things my 'adult' kids don't want to do (I say 'adult' because they are 25 and 21 and still my babies)

have thought about doing something like this but haven't considered exactly WHAT to do.
These are great examples!

I would go to AK, ride safari, maybe Everest, wander around and rope drop Nomad and stay there, ordering slowly.

Eat breakfast in your area of resort, Skyliner to HS bus hub, Bus to WL, explore the areas on the water taxi circuit, end up at MK hub and bus to resort.

Check for activities at the resorts! There are yoga classes, painting, mosaic making, sangria university, tie-dying! The different resort threads usually have activities posted.
Or hang in your hotel and do an in-room spa day…couple face masks, nail stickers, foot scrubs. You could instcart everything for way less than going to the spa including a little bubbly

A lounge morning by the pool with drinks sounds the most relaxing / cheapest thing to do in my opinion.

I saw the tea at Cake Bake mentioned above, but seeing that you are staying at BWV, I feel like that's an even more perfect suggestion.
