OK I am really out of shape and I should not have been so ambitious. I have only done the 1 mile tape a few times but since it seemed easier on Tuesday night I thought I would give the 2 mile a try.

I did pretty good for the first mile but by the time I hit 1.5 miles I just had to quit. I was working WAY too hard and I felt like my legs were going to crumble.
I think I need to go back to the 1 mile tape for a while before trying the 2 mile again.
How long has it taken some of you who were in really bad shape to make it through the 2 mile?

Tonight I thought I would give the 2 mile another shot since you guys said it got easier after 1.5 miles and I kept going and I DID IT!!! WOO-HOO! I am tired but it feels so good!!!!

and it's still tough to do the weights. Just find an intensity level that works for you and go at your pace.
