2 may not be able to come...what do we do

We have a party of 4 adults going to WDW in about 10 days. Well now, my fiancee's parents may not be able to go (long story). What happens now?

I booked a package with Dining and Park Tix. Is it possible to get the money back or use the money to upgrade to a deluxe or am I out that money if they can't go?

I wish I had a more concrete answer, but I'd call Disney and let them know the situation why they cannot attend, especially if the situation is serious. Just call and say that two people in your party will not be attending and have to cancel and see what your options are without losing significant money for cancellation or vacation changes.

The back of the reservation confirmation has all of the terms and conditions. It says, "For a change made 44 days or less prior to a guest arrival that results in a change in the package price, a change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers will be charged. Changes to reservations which affect out-bound flights or first night's accommodations must be made at least 6 business days prior to guest arrival." You can make changes to your reservation, but you need to go ahead and call now.

I could be wrong but I thought the only thing you pay a cancel fee for is the room....don't you get a full refund (or credit) for the meal plann and tickets?
