2 magical express questions

Okay one is can I book magical express if I know I might not use it or could I use going only one way? and two is what are the busiest times of the day for magical express during peak season? Thanks for any help.

Yes, book it if there is any chance you will be using it. You can always cancel. But you need a reservation to use it; showing up at the welcoming area with no reservation is not permitted.

Don't know what the busiest times are, but buses run more often during such busy times.

Go ahead and book it just in case you need it. We did this and ended up taking a cab from MCO to BCV in December b/c dh wasn't feeling good. But we did take it back to MCO. There was no problems.
