2+ Hours of Thunderstorms!

Absolutely amazing lightning. This started around 5 p.m. and it's still going on. I'm sitting here watching the biggest bolts of cloud to ground lightning that you can imagine. We also had the spider type going from cloud to cloud. Most Impressive!!

No pix from this storm but here's one I took at Disney World when we were staying at POFQ many years ago.

We went to Epcot for the day and it started to pour so we headed home. Lots of lightning and thunder, just another day in Florida!

Yeah, a bolt struck VERY close to our house! No damage though!

I finally just sucked it up and walked the dog in the rain. The spider lightning between clouds is so neat! It's also VERY cool out right now... It can't be much more than 70degrees. It feels great!

Personally we've had enough rain over here in Tampa, I will be selling fishing licenses soon to the bass fisherman that may want to fish my yard! Had to teach my kitties to swim just in case! Seriously we've or at least I have had way to much rain this past week, 2 days ago I got over 2 inches. It's been hard to get the grass cut since the yard is so wet.
