Can you order beer/wine from them?

And...

How do you know when they will deliver, what if you are not in your room when they show up??

1) Yes, even though it is not on their website because of state liquor laws.

2) You set up an appointment. But if you can't be there, the groceries can be left with bell services (assuming you pay in advance). Bell services will keep your groceries cold.

We used gardengrocer.com for the first time about a month ago and it worked out great. When we placed our order they ask when you will be arriving. We told them our flight arrival time and that we were coming in on ME so they had an idea what time we would be at the resort. They called when we had just received our room to let us know that they were in the area and if it was convenient they could bring our order to us. Like I said, it was great. We'll be using them again in December.
