2 full days for US and IOA... enough?

My husband and I are not into roller coaster (no loops, please) and from my experience, even Space Mountain is too much (everything else at WDW/Disneyland/TDL is okay).

Question is, will two full days for US and IOA be enough for us? We don't want to go commando-style.

Yes, easily. Although three days might be best (one day for each, 3rd to enjoy going over what you may have missed and favorite rides) .. I just went for two days, went to IOA first day then MIB to finish the first day (love that ride, rode it 15 times) .. then the next day I went to Universal Studios and rode just about every ride (low ride times is great) including just about every show I can think of.
