2 families and ADRs: is this frowned upon??

Oh we wouldn't put the kids at one table without an adult. There's (2) 4 year Olds and (2) 7 year Olds. Maybe if they were all a lot older and more mature. But at this age they'll annoy everyone in the restaurant if left alone. Heck the 4 year Olds may still drive everyone crazy even with supervision ;)

You may want to try calling, I had one reservation that I could not get for our party of 7 at one table, but the CM booked it for 4 and 3 under one reservationa number. She said that as long as she booked it like she did they would seat us at 2 table near each other.

I have 2 reservations under the same name but different email accounts. Wonder if they can be linked. Hummmm.....

Thanks for the suggestion!!!

Really depends on the restaurant too. Even when we booked at Chef Mickey's for my pre-WDW wedding, rehearsal dinner, the host was all huffy about having to find us tables together - was only a group of 21. ;) We were even there at restaurant open and the wedding planner had made the ADR for us.

Other times and places seem to be more outfitted for larger groups. Biergarten, Bomas, and the Wave are the best we've found.
