2 Different kids, 2 different wishes??

I have 2 little boys. The younger one had a wish granted last year by MAW (he is currently in remission from cancer, neuroblastoma).My older one is a Type 1 Diabetic and we contacted Dream Factory about granting a wish for him, he wants to go to Disney World (of course!!).
Has anyone ever done 2 wishes? I did not know if this was allowed?? It is 2 different kids with 2 different issues, they both deserve some time away from reality. right?? I could not find any info on it, I thought someone on here might know.
