2 different expiration dates on gold passes

this year just before our Jan trip we bought the gold annual pass

bought and activated at the same time

checking a few things on MDE it said my pass expires 1-30-20 and DH is 2-1-20

has anyone else ran into this--which date will the use so both ours expires at the same time

strange how you acitivate the tickets at the same time and get 2 different dates

Disney IT strikes again, it depends on the exact date you activated, if on Jan 31, I believe the expiration date should be Feb 1, if on Jan 30, then Jan 31, etc. Basically they have it expire one year and one day after activation from what I understand (barring any specials that might be running that give a longer period).

You didn't state the DATE that you USED the APs at the park gate.
That date will determine the correct anniversary/expiration date for your APs.

Sorry, but that is not quite correct.

APs are active for 366 days, but that would not be one year later on the next day AFTER they were first used.
APs are valid until close-of-business on the exact SAME date as they were used, one year prior.
