2 diff magic bands, same holiday = problems?

Hi

We are going to WDW for 5 days this sept at the end of another holiday. We made a booking at the hotel for 26th sept to oct 1st. We then changed our plans and needed to add another night. Due to the nature of our original booking we couldn't just add a day so we have a whole new booking for the first night 25th-26th Sept.


This means we can order two different magic bands each (which is cool cause I'm collecting the colours). BUT will this mess up our photopass, etc or will the hotel be able to keep the first one active, etc?

Should be no problem using either band, just choose the band that you feel like each day.

BTW, no data is stored on the band, the band is just a key that "unlocks" all entitlements in your MDE account (like tickets, rooms, Photopass, FP+...)

We had 3 bands each from our split-stay last trip, plus 2 more each we brought from the previous trip - everyone wore all their bands different days with no trouble (except one day when our daughter couldn't open the room door with any of hers for some reason, but we got it fixed).

There should be no problem. All active bands on your MDE should work just fine, and interchangeably.

If a glitch happens, get it fixed, but don't worry about that ahead of time.
