2 Days too Late---AP Upgrade Question

First I was bummed because I was arriving 2 days too late to use the 10% off AP discount cards. Now there are rumors that ticket prices will go up the day we arrive (8/2). Just bad timing all around I guess my math just doens't want to work today but how can you figure out how much an upgrade will cost? Right now I have an adult and child 10 day base ticket I got from undercover tourist. I know this may all change come 8/2 but I am just trying to figure out a guesstimate.

I think the upgrade is $313 for the adult. Not sure about the childrens.

Based on the price that I just got from Undercover Tourist for a 10 day ticket ($247.95 Adult and $212.95 Child), and the current AP cost (with tax), you are looking at an upgrade fee of about $150.00 for the adult ticket., and probably around $136.00 for the child's ticket.

It won't really affect you. Why? Because if you use the tickets first, and THEN upgrade, your ticket prices will be "bridged" to the current price for that ticket. Therefore, you'll just be going from the current-at-that-time price for the ticket you have to the DVC AP, and you shouldn't be out any more money than if you were going tomorrow, and upgrading to the DVC AP price now.


And for what it's worth, some people were having problems going from a ticket to the DVC price WITH that 10% discount...some CMs weren't allowing it while others were.
