2 day car hire during holiday.

Hi all

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction! Basically I want to book a hire car for 2 days at the end of our stay.

I wasn't going to and was going to use the shuttles etc but I'm planning a trip to San Fran next year and really want some experience of the roads before I go and attempt to drive round there!

Can anyone tell me my best options of where to collect from? Who I book through?

Sunday 5th Oct until Tuesday 8th oct. 8am collection/return times.

Not bothered on size just nothing too small! 2 adults (one 6ft2male!) 2 suitcases! As long as that fits I'm not picky on car types, what would u recommend ?

I prefer a SUV, cost is same as fullsize car but better driving position. Check prices yourself but not much saving to go smaller.

would you collect from Disney Car Care Centre? they run a free collect/drop service from all Disney hotels.

For short rentals I find best to use is Virgin holidays, not often you here that from me, they are usually so expensive for everything.
They will do the SUV for £74.31 but they are one of the very few companies that will let you add gold(tank of gas & extra drivers) on short rentals, adding gold is only £17.05 but gives you a tank of gas worth about £40.

Just priced up with them for our July 16nt trip, about £60-70 more than elsewhere, they are not cheap at all but for 1-3 days they are often the best price.
