We have used DAS for quite some time but we are a party of 4 and typically stick together. Both of my children are DAS eligible/holders (we've never used both though) but as they have grown up one is now more into the thrill rides and one sticks to the basics. We are traveling this weekend with a party of 9, the 3 other children my nieces and nephews are younger and afraid of rides which will work well with my youngest. My oldest is going to be super anxious and will likely be clamoring to separate and ride the thrill rides. I'm super nervous about the crowd levels I've been reading about and their anxieties surrounding this.
My question is with our group of 9 will we be able to utilitze both of my kids DAS together and/or separately? My oldest has his own MDE- can he link to the group and take whoever from the group that wants to ride the "thrill" rides with him? Is there an opportunity where we will all 9 be able to ride together?

Are you traveling with a party of 9, so 9 + 4 = 13? Or your total party size is 9? Max for any DAS is 5 plus the DAS-holder (total 6). So if you have 5 others joining your usual group, it can all be done. Make sure everyone is linked in MDE; you may need to stop at Guest Relations or a blue umbrella to get the other 5 added.

Any individual in your party may only have 1 DAS Return Time at a time. That said, you may certainly split and have 5 go with "Susie" and 2 with "Tommy." When everyone wants to ride something together you'll just get Return Times under both DAS-holders for the same attraction.
