2 codes but can't use the 2nd one ?

Yesterday I received a 20% off code in email and made my reservations this morning. The CM applied it to the entire package
Tonight, I received a 30% off code from Disney destinations. I called back and asked to have that applied to my ressie... at first she couldn't find the pin at all for it. Then she said the computer was telling her the code wasn't available... she called guest services to double check and still it wasn't available.
Has anyone else had this happen??

When I called in with my PIN the CM kept telling me it wasn't coming up. However, after a short hold she came back and told me that the 'zero' which was the first numeral wasn't needed.

This may be the same with you.

As for using the 30% code, you can definitely use it in place of the 20% one. If you booked through a TA you should have your TA do it. If you booked directly it should just be a matter of changing out PINs. However, just be prepared for the CM to tell you that they have to book the whole thing again.

Same thing happened to me. Took about ten minutes to realize we didn't need the zero.
